Aaron Rowand and his nose..

This happened a few days ago but I just recently found the video of Rowand crashing face first into a massive metal bar in a baseball game the other day. I also found a picture of his face afterwards so naturally I thought I'd share this with you.

Ouch! That's about all I can say.. I can't believe he held on to the ball!
