Smart driving in Oregon.

According to this article the smartest drivers in the nation are Oregonians! It's nice to know that we have topped the list but there are a lot of really bad drivers in Oregon. I run into them every day, constantly trying to run me off the road and kill me. So if we have the best drivers I just wonder what it's like everywhere else, like the Northeast? Sounds like they have the "dumbest" drivers.. Ha!
