Chuck Close + Van Gogh

I went to a Chuck Close exhibit at the Portland Art Museum yesterday. I didn't really know much about this guy until this weekend but his work is pretty amazing, especially considering the fact that he's been paralyzed since 1988.

The other highlight was seeing the Van Gogh that was recently donated to the museum. I'm not usually a fan of European art but I really like this painting.
