Utah Day 1

The next several posts are about my trip to Utah. I wanted to keep a journal of the trip and figured my blog would be a good place to put it. Feel free to read but be warned, its long, rambling and mainly here for me and my bad memory.

Saturday May 24^th, 2008

Today we left Portland for a day full of driving to Utah. This was the beginning of a vacation Melissa and I had been planning for the past few months so it was exciting to get on the road. We left at about 6am and got to my Sister’s house in Cedar City at about 9pm, only stopping for gas along the way. It was a long day of driving but it was nice to get it all out of the way in one day
